The Hygienist was professional in every way, and as is customary with every cleaning, there is a visit from the lovely and talented Dr. Burio.
Dr. Burio and her staff are about the friendliest, and most professional people I have ever encountered in a Dental office. I mean, who likes going to the dentist? Not me; not until until I came to Candlewood Dental where I learned that good dental care involves not only the dentist, but the patient as well.
Dr. Burio has been my dentist for over 10 years. My uncle was my dentist before for my first 45 years and he was my initial ideal for a dentist. Dr. Burio matches or exceeds his care in every way. She is available, knowledgeable, caring, gentle, patient and even fun to see. And, in general, I don’t like going to the dentist. She takes special care for scaredy cats like me. Her entire staff brings the same attitude to their roles in the office. Her use of modern techniques and technologies demonstrates her commitment to her practice and her patients. You might find other good dentists, but you will not find a better dentist, dental office or dental care experience.
I broke a tooth on Sunday afternoon. No pain, so I waited until Monday a.m. to call. The team at Candlewood brought me in at 10:00 a.m. and Dr. Burio gave me a crown to fix the broken tooth. I was out of there by 12:30 with the new crown. I wish all problems were this easy to fix! Dr. Burio and her staff were friendly and attentive. Dr. Burio phoned me the next morning to make sure everything was going well. This is amazing customer service from a caring medical team. Thanks, Dr. Burio!
Dentist Burio is an awesome dentist and the office is a very relaxed caring dental office. Dentist Burio changed my life by changing my smile and I can’t thank her and her staff enough!
